In person estimates eliminate the possibility of added fees at the time services are rendered, added fees can derive from different spot, stain or urine treatments.

Cancellation Policy

We understand schedules change, we will do our best to respect and honor any changes you make with an appropriate advance notice. With our demanding schedule, we can honor schedule changes 24 hours in advance. If our employee reports back that the property is unoccupied without the ability to gain access to the property or the ability make contact with you in order to render the services requested, then there will be a $60 fee for noncompliance.
